Refund & Cancellation Policy for
Ekam Virtual School
These Refund & Cancellation Policy apply only to the Ekam Virtual School program offered by Ekam Early Learning Centre, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.
Introduction
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services offered by Ekam Early Learning Centre (“Services”).
Requesting Cancellations
Parents/clients may request the cancellation of Services by contacting us in writing or via the contact methods on our site.
Cancellation Timeline & Refunds
Cancellation up to one week prior to service start: Full refund (minus any non-refundable administrative fees if applicable).
Cancellation within one week of service start or after commencement: No refunds will be provided. Variations may be considered at our discretion.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 30 days.
No-Show / Early Termination
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early termination once Services have started.
Fee Adjustments
We reserve the right to adjust or reschedule Services. In the event of significant changes, you may be offered a refund or transfer to a different program.
