Terms and Conditions for
Ekam Virtual School

These terms and conditions apply only to the Ekam Virtual School program offered by Ekam Early Learning Centre, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.
Definitions
  • “Website” means www.ekamelc.com
  • “Services” means online classes delivered by Ekam ELC staff as part of the program purchased by you through our website.
  • “you” means individual purchasing the course.

2.1. A description of Services, including start dates, is provided on our website. We will deliver Services with reasonable care and skill as described.

2.2. We reserve the right to vary or withdraw any Services described on the website without notice.

2.3. You are responsible for confirming that the Services meet your needs. We do not guarantee specific results from purchasing or completing our Services.

3.1. You can purchase Services from our website by entering the required details.

3.2. Purchases are subject to these terms and conditions. Ekam ELC may cancel or decline your order until the Services commence.

3.3. We will confirm receipt of your order via the website or telephone.

4.1. Fees for Services are debited from your credit/debit card at purchase. Full payment is required before attending any Taught Course.

4.2. Any fees charged by your card provider for the purchase are your responsibility, and Ekam ELC is not liable for these.

5.1. You may request cancellation or variation of Services up to one week before commencement. After this, no refunds will be issued, and variations are at Ekam ELC’s discretion.

6.1. All Intellectual Property Rights in Course Materials, Online Courses, and speeches by teachers remain the property of Ekam Early Learning Centre, whether adapted or customized.

6.2. You are not authorized to:

  • Copy, modify, reproduce, republish, sublicense, sell, upload, broadcast, post, transmit, or distribute Course Materials without prior written permission.
  • Record or relay the Online Course or Taught Course by any means. Breach of this clause allows Ekam ELC to terminate these terms and cease providing Services immediately.

7.1. Both parties must keep each other’s Confidential Information strictly confidential, use it only for these terms, and return or destroy it upon request.

7.2. Confidential Information may be disclosed to legal or other advisors for obtaining advice.

7.3. This clause remains effective after termination of these terms.

We may terminate these terms and cease providing Services immediately if you:
a. Fail to pay fees when due.
b. Act aggressively, bully, offend, threaten, or harass any Ekam ELC employee, teacher, or course participant.

Services are personal to you and cannot be transferred or assigned to another person.

 

Ekam ELC is not liable for breaches or termination due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including fires, floods, earthquakes, volcanoes, terrorism, strikes, transport disputes, teacher’s family death, teacher illness, or government regulations.
